Mulching & Composting
Mulching involves gathering Leaves and mowed grass, purchasing or chipping your own wood chips placed around plants 3" thick. Recycle your brown cardboard boxes by placing them underneath the mulch. This will keep the weeds down tremendously. Composting is the process plant material decaying over time resulting in a product called COMPOST! You can layer brown and green plant material or you can purchase a composter.
