If  a man will not work, he shall not eat...2 Th 3:10

...Nutrition Breakdown...

Amino Acids: are the building blocks of protein and necessary for metabolism.

Found within protein, there are a total of 20 amino acids, 10 of which the body produces and non of which the body stores. Along with what our body makes everyday, we must consume certain foods to obtain the other 10. A lack of even one amino acid results in the degredation of the body's proteins - muscle - and so forth.

The daily amount of amino acids required are:

  • Kids        0.5 grams x their weight

  • Adults     1 gram for every 2 lbs. of weight

  • 2 Tbs. Peanut Butter      = 7 grams protein

  • 1 Cup lowfat milk            = 8 grams protein

  • 1 oz. of cheddar cheese  = 7 grams protein

  • 1.5 oz chicken breast      = 10 grams of protein

  • 1/2 Cup broccoli              = 2 grams of protein
